• Be a Civil Engineer not more than 38 years of age. Have a minimum of 10 years experience in Infrastructure work with a contracting firm, pertaining to Roads. bridges and sewerage networks projects. Be computer literate and well versed with MS. Office, AutoCAD. P8 and some know how of CCS.
