Required Receptionist for Kuwait Hotels Company - KIPCO

• Greet and receive all visitors and ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they given full attention.
• Ensure smooth flow of clients and visitors through offices.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the concerned staff.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area and offices in general in a tidy manner.
• Assist in scheduling and setup for meetings.
• Coordinate with the related departments/vendors to insure smooth operation of all office equipments.
• Maintain stocks of brochure, magazines, newspapers and other information and ensure that these are easily accessible to visitors.
• Coordinate all necessary security arrangement.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills
• Minimum 1-3 years of office experience.
• An attentive, pleasant, positive personality.
• Smart appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure without supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
