Required Department Secretary for Alshaya in Kuwait

Responsibility:
  • Provides full secretarial support to the Commercial Director and the Team.Able to create and compile effective written correspondence.
  • Maintains an extensive filing system.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers.
  • Office organization - coordinates diaries, schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, flight arrangements etc.

Computer skills with advanced skills of MS Office applications.
Organized, energetic & confident.
Possesses initiative, good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
