Reporting to the Establishment Manager, the Establishment Supervisor is to operate and guarantee a high guest satisfaction level the concept of KidZania in terms of children's role playing in a safe environment for the role playing activities.
Experience:
- Direct the establishments operations (pavilions)
- Elaborate the fortnightly Supervisor templates and Establishment's operations
- Oversee the correct execution of the concept of role playing.
- Elaborate purchase orders for establishments raw materials and required theming elements
- Coordinate with the Trainers the subjects to be taught to new collaborators and guarantee, through evaluations, personnel development
- Assist in the weekly meetings with the Operations Manager and Managers
- Make sure the visitors are satisfied and, if needed, resolve any grievances
- Review work orders weekly and deliver the completion report to the head office in a timely manner.
- Oversee the security, safety and functionality for the various establishments
- Minimum 3 years experience in entertainment facilities
