1. The candidate will be required to deal with the consultants and MEP contractors to generate sales
2.Lead a dynamic team of Sales and Marketing Executives.
3.Report to the Management on a daily basis and generate weekly & monthly reports.
4. Toattend seminars & training programs for sales & services.
5 .Required to generate & develop a client base.
6. Required to meet annual sales targets.
7. Manage &motivate the team for the growth of the entire plumbing and piping equipment / accessories
Skills
1. Strong Commercial and Technical knowhow. Must have dealing experience with consultants and MEP contractors.
2. Excellent command over written and verbal English, some knowledge of Arabic.
3. Must have led a team of 5-10 sales persons.
4. Minimum 10 years of Sales experience in Kuwait market
5. Awareness of QMS / ISO procedures
