Required Captain for SeaShell Hotel And Resort in Kuwait

• Escort customers to their tables.
• Take orders & serve food & beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describe ingredients & cooking methods.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Serve food and /Or beverages to patrons; prepare & serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals & take action to correct any problems.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal cost & sales taxes.
• Present menus to patrons & answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Remove dishes & glasses from tables or counters, & take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, & linens.
•Provide fast & efficient yet courteous services at all times.
• May perform other duties related to F&B from time to time.
• Responsible for all waiters.
• Customer care/Customer Complaints
• Ability to lift pushes, pull & carry tables, chairs, & trays on a daily basis.
• Bending-Bend to pick up dropped items as needed. Bend to assist in service food or getting supplies.
• Mobility-95% of shift covering all areas of the Restaurant
• Must be well spoken & have neat & clean appearance.
• Good Looking.
• Must have a pleasant disposition at the same time focus
