Responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance along with emergency repairs of all premises & equipment. Answer queries & obtain information & follow up on all pending matters. Maintain absolute confidentiality of market, commercial, personal & financial information.

- Manage the day to day monitoring of third party suppliers. Coordinate with third parties in relation to all maintenance works.
- Continually monitor equipment, services & contractors to ensure the Business assets are managed correctly.
- Prepare & monitor PPM suppliers.
- Oversee & support a multi skilled 3rd party maintenance team of Technicians in a wide range of building maintenance disciplines (AC, power generation & distribution, chiller plant, HVAC/environment control, lighting, mirrors, switchgear & electrical installation)
- Support individual Technicians in the event of difficulties arising from their day to day activities & ensure all Technicians adhere to Safe Working Practices.
Inspect the quality of work on a day to day basis & ensure that drawing data & specifications are adhered to & carry out miscellaneous job related duties as assigned. - Anticipate daily material requirements for all Technicians under his control.
Manage Service Level Agreements for contracted services & act as a monitor for the quality of customer services provided.
- Electrical/mechanical engineering degree
- 10 years experience in a `hands on` role as an electrical maintenance technician.
- 5 years experience in a multi skilled supervisory role, covering all electrical, maintenance , engineering disciplines (AC, power generation & distribution, HVAC/environment controls, chiller plant, lighting, motors, switchgear & electrical installations)
- 5 years experience in a retail environment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong technical awareness & a good overview of building services.
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
- Problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills
