Experience 10+ Search for new technologies that enhances the quality and capacity requirements in VASIN world. Handle the vendor selection process including RFI RFP RFQ processes. Planning for the upgrades and follow up the implementation. Plan for Business Continuity Plans for all VAS nodes Services. Assure that all services are studied from end to end (Charging, reporting, etc ...) and all services should be available and fraud free. Assure the delivery of documentations of any project to ensure proper handover for all parties. Take quick actions for escalated miss-cooperation for the internal projects. Meet the budget planned activities and manage the cost efficiently. Ensure Knowledge transfer of road maps for the existing services to the concerned parties inside department. Communicate all VAS system's features and capabilities to commercial team. Search for new VAS services and market trends and communicate them to the commercial team. . Candidates need to be fluent in Chinese
