Duties / Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Serve food or beverages, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Prepare checks that itemize and total order costs.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.

• The ability to ease customer tension and frustration.
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of the English and Arabic languages
