Must have thorough knowledge on all the windows Desktop Hardware, operating systems and other platforms like printers, monitor, Keyboard, mouse etc.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting abilities is needed on Desktop Hardware, OS, software and tools
Should possess good Understanding Skills on Anti Virus software/Tools, Call tracking or service desk tools, browser tools like IE etc. installation and administration
must have strong communication skill both verbal & oral and self starter, motivated and team player.
Should have knowledge and experience of Desktop monitoring tools
Should be fluent in English and, Arabic is an added advantage
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application, MCP certification
