Supervisor - Customer Service - Oman Air

Diploma Mandatory
Experience Required    
Minimum 6 years experience as customer service environment affiliated to the airport

Job Location     Kuwait Station

1. Co-ordinate with GH, Customs, Immigration, Security, DGCA, other airlines and outstations for proper handling and improvement.
2. Staff distribution/allocation and  preparation of Roster
3. Represent Oman Air for any co-ordination meeting with other departments and action on follow up issues.
4. Monitor staff performance and appraisal
5. Monitor Passenger uplift system on daily basis to ensure accuracy
6. Verifying invoices pertaining to station expenditure and passing it for payment to Finance
7. Meet on demand operational requirement to ensure smooth handling has been provided, such as during technical flights, VIP flights, charter flights, DNB situations etc.
8. Liase with HR department for any disciplinary action against staff
9. Attend to telexes on MCTKZWY and emails and action accordingly.
10. To look after all training activities and requirement of the station
