The responsibility for the Marketing & Sales Executive is to enhance the business opportunities for KTS.
He/She is responsible to develop and enhance business relationships with potential customers in the given area ensuring that adequate margins/targets are achieved.
- University Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 3 years industry experience is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field is preferred
- Knowledge of checking/calculating volumetric weights and should know how to check rates from the TACT.
- Local driving license
- Computer literate
- Communication skills with self-correspondence.
- Geographical know-how.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
create marketing strategies and campaigns for KTS and undertake all duties necessary to deliver such strategies and marketing objectives.
2. To case manage and take responsibility for specific clients/ products, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirements and building excellent client relations.
3. Plan and co-ordinate, to deliver marketing and promotional material to deadlines.
4. Draft and issue press releases, features and editorials for KTS as needed, ensuring that they are written in a professional manner.
5. Manage all marketing tools including social media, Google, online marketing, Newsletters, writing copy, etc.
6. Where appropriate, with other staff, or individually, manage/attend events as a representative of KTS to build contacts.
7. Identification of potential clients and promoting KTS services such as Freight, Customs Clearance, Transport, Warehousing, International Moving, Insurance etc
8. Make effective presentation to decision makers in the target customer base and ensure customers are well aware of all the KTS Services.
9. Negotiating with partners, agents, Approved Suppliers in order obtain competitive buying rates.
10. Preparation of quotations (in the absence of Sales Administrators) and ensures agreed quotations are being handed over to import operation prior to arrival of the shipment.
11. Ensure all the sales calls are entered in the KTS Sales. Prepare and submit reports as required by the Sales Manager. Fully understanding and utilization of KTS Sales system
12. Effective contribution towards CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program.
13. Receive sales leads, pass on sales leads to principal with rates offered and follow up. Actively participate in Sales Campaigns
coordination with CSR enquire if customs clearance required, subsequently make offer/quote.
15. Inform CSR of rate quoted to customer and request for preparation of invoice accordingly.
16. To ensure all rates sold have been filed either with the origin / destination stations to avoid any future discrepancies.
17. Understand, follow, and contribute towards Vision Z, Quality Management and KTS Management Systems
18. Carry out all other activities as assigned by superiors.
