1) 7-10 years of experience in Vsat Services Sales, ISP with Excellent networking skills
2) Multi-tasking and proven ability to cope with stress and conflict situations
3) Ability to understand technology solutions and communicate these business concepts
4) Capacity to deliver the highest standards of customer service
5) Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
6) Both written and verbal communication skills
Responsible for Sustaining and increasing Sales revenue from Existing Customers and New customers in Middle East , Account manager needs to have excellent knowledge and experience in Vsat and Telecom services , and must have the capacity to grow business by effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain desirable profit making results.
1) Work to implement Gulfsat sales strategy to the market.
2) Sustaining and increasing all core business opportunities and penetration to achieve vertical growth and increased market share.
3) Exploring new potential revenue opportunities to develop new services contributing to the overall horizontal growth of the company
4) Managing and capitalizing on key partners& monitoring customer satisfaction
5) Expand business relationships to achieve forecast requirements.
6) Grow sales revenue profitability.
7) Maintain pipelines and sales forecasts.
8) Providing detailed reports & charts of partner's performance every month
9) Analyzing competitor processes in marketing, pricing and delivery
10) Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.
