Required Technical Support Engineer Windows IT - M.H. Alshaya Co

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, The individual is responsible to provide first line of support to retail stores.

Experience:
    Degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering
    Very good working knowledge on Windows Desktop and Server OS
    Windows or Networking certification is an added advantage
    Basic networking skills
    IT Hardware troubleshooting skills
    Secure data communication skills
    Basic working knowledge in SQL/Sybase is an advantage
    Knowledge of Windows administration
    Experience on Micros RES 3700 is an added advantage
    Ready to work in shifts
    1 - 2 years experience in the role

Responsibilities:
    Configure and Install Widows servers
    Upgrade and migrate operating systems and software applications
    Handle user complaints and problems and provide ultimate solutions to their needs and requirements.
    Taking care of Backups and troubleshooting activities.
    Maintaining/troubleshooting secure data communication
