Experience:
Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising
3-4 years experience in Marketing communications
Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic
Looking for a self-driven, motivated and forward planner who can not only strategize but implement. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising, including market sector targeting, product offer development etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix including PR and digital landscape. Need to demonstrate marketing success and experience managing several major projects at the same time
the candidate must be reliable, determined, creative, strategic, a multi-tasker and team player
Responsibility:
to report and support the marketing manager with a large number of new store opening, brand marketing plan and tactical product launches across MENA region
to contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of an annual marketing plan across region based on brand objectives
to mange day to day marketing budget and identify relevant marketing opportunities
to build relationships with Advertising / PR agency, media partners and 3rd party suppliers and manage day to day marketing budget
to leverage cross functional relationships with multiple departments to ensure best practices and smooth working process
to support and manage the financial budgeting and control of production, creative and media budgets
to manage the production (including proofreading copy) and distribution of marketing materials
to write and distribute press releases
to organize and attend events and exhibitions within the MENA region
to carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
to evaluate marketing campaigns
to monitor competitor activity and provide analysis
