Required Bartender Katsuya - M.H. Alshaya Co

Responsible for meeting customer needs & for ensuring company standards within the restaurant are met. Ensure the set up, cleanup, maintenance & operation of the bar.

Experience:
    Good general education, Hotel & Catering qualifications desirable.
    Minimum of 1 year in hotel dining or fine dining concept.
    Knowledge of food handling skills and sanitation guidelines.
    Must be pleasant, people oriented and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
    The bartender ensures the bar area, tables & chairs are clean & laid out as per Company guidelines.
    The bartender ensures front of house hygiene & ambience is as per Company guidelines, and that the back bar is fully stocked and well equipped for high traffic flow.
    The bartender takes drink orders from patrons or waiting staff & prepare & serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
    To meet & greet customers, offers drink menus, take orders correctly & prepare the drinks to brand standards.
    The bartender ensures every customer leaves the Bar/Restaurant happy, ensures drinks are served in the correct order, to the correct standards of presentation, hygiene & temperature.
