We are currently looking for Waitresses/ Waiters who can join us immediately and assist us in achieving our mission to become “The Market Leader” as the most luxurious hotel in Kuwait with employees who consistently provide exceptional and personalized levels of service to our guests. She/he should be familiar with all standard procedures in the Restaurant Operation or Banqueting Operation. She/he should work diligently in the Restaurant or will be responsible for setting up function rooms for seminars, weddings and other events with the constant aim to give the best possible service to our guests.
Functions:
•Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
•Market menu items and current promotions to restaurant or banqueting guests
•Order taking, serving guests in courteous manner and billing functions
•Responsible for all utensils to be available at all times, cleaned and stored after use
•Will be working on varying schedules due to the cyclical nature of business in the hotel
•Complete understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
•Perform other assigned duties that contribute to the Company's mission and objectives
Requirements:
•Graduate/Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other related field
•1-3 years experience in the same post as Waitress/ Waiter in a 5 Star Hotel
•Must be fluent in English and Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
•Customer Service Oriented and Diligent
•Flexible and can work on varying schedules
