Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. 12+ years of consulting/development experience with 3+ years working in the services/consulting industry.
2. Prior experience in Service Desk Enterprise application
3. A strong track record in successfully leading/completing IT-related process engineering consulting projects
4. Strong project management skills required
5. 4+ years of Consulting Experience on Enterprise applications
6. Good understanding with Microsoft Environment like MSMQ, BPML, SOAP, understanding of Schemas (.xsd) and transformation(xslt), Active Directory, LDAP or NDS
7. Hands on experience in Enterprise applications like Remedy, Oracle
8. Extensive knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server and/or Oracle
9. Understanding of high availability and load balancing configurations
10. Successful track record of successful projects on budget
11. The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
12. Strong documentation skills
13. Excellent written and oral communications skills .
14. Excellent analytical skills
15. Team player on cross functional teams
16. Great attitude and willingness to do what it takes for the successful completion of projects
17. Passionate about Successful Solutions and Customer Success
18. Possess a "do whatever it takes" attitude; while balancing project revenue and profitability
19. Willing to "roll up their sleeves" when necessary; and play a Coach/Player roles
20. Thorough knowledge in project methodologies
Education
1. Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
2. ITIL V3 Foundation certification
3. Practitioner or Manager level or ITIL V3 Master/Expert Certification strongly preferred
