Required Power system Substations / Marketing Manager - ABB in Kuwait

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
- Leadership competency in sales
- Minimum Experience: 10-15 years experience in the same field
- have a passion for improving customer satisfaction and be able to give the best possible support to them in all aspects.
- Strict compliance with ABB Compliance and Ethic Guidelines
- Adhere to ABB’s Health & Safety rules and regulation

Tasks
- Market analysis on size, trends/needs
- Top customers and competition (SWOT analysis)
- Early identification of business opportunities - Definition of applications per market and top customers

- Better leverage ABB's GAM
- Improve link between FES and LBUs
- Supervise deployment of Business Guide
- Common channel management
- Strive to achieve the BU targets (order intake, net margins)
- Responsible for the development of the market intelligence
- Collate demand side budget incl. identification of target projects
- Support the capture strategy for large, complex or global pursuits including the set-up and deployment of capture teams
- Coordinate the sales activities of different LBUs in order to avoid internal conflicts and competition and maximize channel coverage
- Collate market demand as key input for strategic planning - medium and long term
- Consolidate / provide info about order intake & forecast based on FES input
- Drive and provide market intelligence (e.g. customer needs, technology development, competitor trends/ strategies)
- Manage marketing communications activities, provide marketing material, and create and deploy yearly marketing communications plan
- Develop and provide product information, support ABB representation on fairs/ exhibitions, design presentations, seminars and publications (task for marketing communication)
