Applicants must have a proven track record of working in a similar role in a drink/food processing environment.
Candidates will also have an excellent knowledge of requirements - food safety, health and safety and employment legislation.
Candidates will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills - facilitating effective communication with other members of the site management team to ensure compliance with, and development of, the site quality manual / systems.
The successful candidate will be also be a strong manager, and motivator, of people - able to counsel, discipline and train.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for its Drink/Bottling (incl. tomato paste) site operations.
The Production Manager will be responsible for running an effective operation whilst delivering on high company, and customer, expectations. The candidate will be accountable for all aspects of the processing operation including yield, quality and cost achievement.
