Required CPA Audit Manager - Baker Tilly in Kuwait

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support the planning, execution and delivery of in assurance engagements
2. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
3. Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
4. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
5. Coach, supervise and conduct performance review and contribute to performance feedback for staff
6. Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff
7. Understand and follow BTK policies and procedures

Skills
1. At least 10 years’ experience in auditing field
2. At least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication, Team leading, and Computer skills

Education
1. Bsc, major in Accounting or Finance 2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is must
