Job Description
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence and mailings
• Coordinate the design and placement of any sales and marketing activity
• Maintain and coordinate changes
• Own, schedule and write the recaps for monthly marketing meetings
• Maintain the firm-wide marketing calendar and research new marketing ideas as they are generated
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials
• Assemble sales literature and fulfill requests for literature
• Prepare and mail proposals
• Maintain pipeline to track all proposals delivered, status of activity and source of opportunity
• Follow up on proposals that have been delivered when assigned to do so
• Track reasons for lost proposals
• Develop and maintain firm-wide sales pipeline and participate in sales meetings as scheduled
• Qualify and schedule new sales opportunities for the partners
• Coordinate and manage the fulfillment after engagements are closed, including:
• Conduct a hand-off meeting with client owner to ensure client work is scheduled and take on other duties as assigned for that engagement
• Ensure that client is set up on time and billing system and any other client contracts or systems set up are Completed
• After new engagements, place follow up calls to client to ascertain if their expectations have been met (if not, write up client's remarks and address)
• Other duties as assigned
• Search for new product line which suits the requirement of the company locally and internationally.
• Deal with many kinds of producers and distributors
