Analyze customer’s skin and offers skin care advice accordingly

Qualifications & Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Degree from cosmetology school, fashion program or art institute.
· Knowledge of beauty products.
· Experience in retail sales.
· Meets or exceeds specified sales goals.

Experience: min. 3 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify skin types and conditions in order to advice products accordingly.
· Give product demonstrations by offering to perform makeovers and on customers.
· Resolve customer problems by helping them find products that best suit their skin.
· Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the products they purchased.
· Stock shelves and display counters according to brand standards.
· Manage product inventory and order new products to maintain sufficient stock.
