Marketing Analyst - Kuwaiti - Alghanim Industries

The Marketing Analyst is a key role in the company ’ s planned expansion. Delivers a deep understanding of our customer base and creates a predictive modelling to influence the creation of effective customer touch points.

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing actionable insight and analysis for the Direct B2C and B2B business unit, driving revenue and customer engagement through ecommerce, web publishing, email, social media, SEO and CRM. Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager. The ideal Marketing Analyst will have a good understanding of Marketing principles and be able to quickly grasp of targeted marketing. • Undertake data analysis and data modelling to support marketing activity. • Use data analysis to drive profitability of customers and analyse campaigns to increase conversion rates. • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects that support these goals • Strategic input into customer contact strategy • Competitor analysis and reporting • Business Object (BO) Reporting • Data Cleansing • Sales Customer Prediction

Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
• Experience of presenting at a Top Team level • An understanding of retail sector • Ability to formulate in excel • Business Object/SAP experience • Experience working in Customer Insight Data Analysis • Experience of segmentation & Customer Analytics • Excellent influencing and communication skills • Robust Analytical Skills • Self-Motivated • Analytical experience Problem solving ability • Maths Qualification
