Wataniya currently have an Oracle ERP version 11.5.9 which was implemented in Wataniya in 1999 The existing application and database versions are currently outdated and the existing application deployment is not highly available. Also the business practices in Wataniya have evolved leading to a great deal of customization and sub-optimized business processes.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of both written and verbal English.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute.
Oracle HRMS & Financials modules.
relevant experience as Oracle EBS Techno Functional.

ERP Technical Team led will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, functional design, training, testing and operations. The ERP Technical Team lead must be skilled at stakeholder communication, meeting facilitation, identifying and writing requirements, functional design, Use cases and other activities associated with a full lifecycle implementation. This individual is expected to be exposed to Oracle HRMS and financials modules.
ERP Oracle EBS Certification.
Experience in HR finance & P&L ERP EBS modules
Upgrade experience from ERP EBS R11 to ERP EBS R12
Technical lead for overall project communication between business and IT planning & technology operation
System Requirements
Upgrade from 11.5 to R12
Provide implementation solutions related to Industry & Best Practices
Functional Design Specifications
Creating Gap Analysis, Requirement Specification, Test Cases.
Participation in system testing to include identification and documentation of system defects
User Acceptance Testing
Reports generation using Oracle tools
Manage change requests and new business requirements, and follow Wataniya Change management process.
Continue business support for future requirement, i.e. HR, Finance, P&L
Knowledge transfer to Wataniya team
