Required Senior Sales Engineer - ABB Group

    Electrical Engineering Background with minimum 5-10 years of experience in the sales and channel management for handling LV products.
    Good Organisational skills with people management.
    Experience in the local Market
    Building rapport with Channels and customers
    Arabic and English spoken/written
    Ensure market/segment coverage,
    Market Dynamics and intelligence,
    Ensure achievement of the Targeted order received,
    To have a balance among the channel partners to have healthy business approach,

Sales and administration of Projects Business
    Prepare the implementation process of our business model in the market with clear action plan and  time frame (list of assigned project targeting very high hit rate),
    Ensure to cover 100% the list of assigned contractors and create strong relationship,
    Have efficient market overview in order to adapt our strategy for an effective and aggressive action plan in the market,
    Regular review with the channel partners on their performance and share the market updates to have better penetration to the market,
    Ensure distribution of projects to the channel partners for having a balanced business with a healthy approach to the market,
    Define and agree the targets with each channel partner and motivate them for exceeding their targets and avoid internal competition between them,
    Effective monitoring and validation of the Customer, channel partner visits and projects ,
    Coordinate with the marketing team to have updated market intelligence and overview to facilitate have maximum coverage of the market,
    Coordinate with Marketing team for visit of customers to create demand for channels,

Channel Development
    Analyze the market requirements and have adequate channel partners to cover white spots in market.
    Monthly review with  LP manager and channel partners and concerned engineer on agreed target KPIs,
    Joint visit with channel partners for finalizing of project order,
    Motivate and train channel partner engineers for proper selection of components and ensure competitive offers,
    Conduct monthly meeting with LP and the logistics to have smooth operations,
