Required Sous Chef - Katsuya - M.H. Alshaya Co

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen and food preparation areas and ensure consistent production of excellent food in a cost effective and timely manner.

You will have/be:
    At least 3 years' high end restaurant experience.
    New concept opening experience.
    Excellent computer knowledge.
    Excellent communications skills in English.
