Required Restaurant General Manager - CD - Kout Food Group

- Operations based accounting skills and ability to understand and analyze Profit & Loss Statements.
- Communicates and influences openly and effectively.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Analyses and interprets data and situations to make informed business decisions.
- Plans, manages and organizes time, tasks and resources to achieve business deadlines and targets

To manage daily restaurant operations according to company policy and procedures / standards to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain monthly Neighbourhood Expert meetings.
- Conduct monthly one and ones and Quarterly evaluations with Managers.
- Implement and manage a progressive discipline program.
- Implement and manage the line Marketing activities.
- On -hands inventory to lessen the amount of stock write-offs.
- Manage and maintain proper pars for food ordering through appropriate manager training and follow-up.
- Manage monthly department meetings, i.e. service meetings with role-plays, kitchen meetings, etc.
- Implement and manage an associate incentive or reward and recognition program.
- Review and coach all managers on proper staff schedules to insure they are posted prior to following weeks business.
- Should complete and sign all weekly paperwork and insure that it is turned in to the office on time.
- Should facilitate weekly Managers meeting to include the following:
- Financial Review of Weekly profit and loss.
- Follow-up on Declining Budgets as assigned to each manager.
- Should have a staffing review.
- Marketing News.
- Employee of the MONTH and or Employee of the WEEK
