Required Administration Assistant - Marketing - Gulf Bank

To proactively handling Bank’s Marketing expenses in order to ensure have smooth flow of all Marketing activities and campaigns.

Education / Qualifications:
    University Degree (with finance background)

Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of Accounts

Experience:
2-3 years in experience in the  banking sector.

Generic & Specific Skills:
    Good PC Skills
    Attention to detail
    Strong interpersonal / analytical skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Excellent Excel skills

 Accountabilities:
    Ensuring effective allocation and management of budgets for the target campaigns to ensure the desired business impact, in alliance with Campaign Owners.
    Contribute to the production of marketing plans and budgets
    Flagging up any significant findings affecting the campaigns / budgets which have an impact on business.
    Handle approval procedure as required and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures of the Bank including Risk and AML policies.
    Generate and ensure approvals on all the necessary Marketing spend documents.
    Work closely with Finance department in processing all payments to internal/external in a timely manner.
    Generating periodic reporting for Finance and maintain records for Marketing. This includes filing of all related marketing expenses.
    Process the approvals for creative and media briefs for the agency and ensure comprehension and establishment of the strategies by the Advertising Agency.
    Effectively follow up and handle the work flow between all related stakeholders to facilitate the smooth running and continuity of the business.
    Effective management of Marketing budget and ensure all the expenses are within the approved budget.
