- Experience in Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 (between 3 to 5 years).
- Extensive experience in HR and Payroll functions and familiar with Kuwaiti local labor law.
- Excellent language skills and fluent in Arabic and English in terms of writing and presentation. Arabic language is a must.

ERP Functional Consultant will be part of the Enterprise Solutions business unit doing major implementations of ERP solutions for our clients.
The senior ERP Consultant will be expected to meet with clients in workshops to explain the features of the modules being implemented, do live demos, and capture clients' requirements into Functional Requirement Document.
The senior Consultant will then map the requirements with the existing features in Dynamics AX, and do the Mapping Document and the Gap/Fit Analysis document in order to show the features that are existing and the features that need to be customized.
The senior consultant will present the documents to the client and get the approval before starting the implementation.
The senior Consultant will then write the required Technical Documents that can be used by the Technical Consultants who will be working on the Technical Customizations.
The senior Consultant will also start working on implementing the requirements on the deployed solution, do the necessary configurations, data uploads, customizations, and all necessary actions to enable the system and train the users to go live.
The senior Consultant should be able to participate in Pre-Sales activities, do demos to large audience, presentations, and Proof of Concepts at major clients. Then be able to prepare Function Proposal documents and Workload Estimation and Costing in order to be able to submit proposals to clients.
