HR Officer – Helpdesk - Australian College of Kuwait

This position will act as the first point of contact for the HR department and will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR helpdesk area by promptly attending to all inquiries via email, phone and/or walk-in personnel/visitors.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
• 2 years experience in employee relations field, customer service or closely related field.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and work on a variety of other software packages.
English and Arabic Language proficiency.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, and as a member of a team.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion, confidentiality and problem solving/decision making skills.
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Work Ethic
• Professional Appearance
