Assistant Laboratory Manager - Safwan Trading / Contracting Company

BSc in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science.

Managing the Sales, Marketing & Planning processes in the Laboratory Division.

1. Organize, motivate, supervise and lead sales team in a wide range of sectors and monitor team performance.
2. Set the sales budgets/targets in collaboration with Principals and Department General Manager.
3. Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within the team reaches their targets.
4. Recruiting and training sales staff.
5. Allocating areas to sales executives.
6. Liaising with other line managers.
7. Co-responsible with General Manager to set and achieve net sales target for the Lab Division.
8. Reporting back to Principals and Department General Manager.
9. Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling).
