High School or 2 year Diploma in Business or related field
    Good telephone manner
    Good spoken Arabic and English language skills.
    Strong knowledge of products, services, systems and procedures.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure

The Role:
You will provide a professional, efficient telephone service to customers who contact the Inbound call centre looking for information or to make enquiries.

Key Accountabilities:
    Provide an efficient telephone enquiry service to customers, by ensuring calls are answered promptly and meet the telephone volume targets set, whilst ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    Ensure that product knowledge is at sufficient levels to accurately advise customers on the entire range of Wataniya Telecom services.
    Ensure that all calls are answered to customer satisfaction and more complex ones are escalated as appropriate.
    Analyse and resolve customer queries and requests within set procedures.
    Undertake all procedures required by system and keep the database regularly updated.
    Report on customers issues and concerns relating to procedures and products to optimise marketing intelligence gathering.
