Works directly with Business Excellence Director to understand project concept, objectives and approach.
- Creates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, proposing deadlines, monitoring milestones completion, tracking all phases of the project progress, coordinating actions for problem solving
- Works closely with Company employees and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to improve product, service and/ or business processes
- Analyzes business activities and trends, comparing analyses against the service standards and best practices
- Supports Business Excellence Director in preparing routing reports (financial, customer service, operational efficiency, market intelligence, etc). Analyzes trends and recommends appropriate adjustments.
- Collaborates with all departments to achieve strategic, tactical goals.
- Other tasks required by Business Excellence Director
- Holds monthly updates with team members and key strategic partners in the office for dissemination of information; prepares management meetings for dissemination of information
- Select, train, motivate, performance appraisals, devising PDP, coaching and evaluate department personnel. Direct, co-ordinate and review work plans for the department, assign activities, monitor work flow, review and evaluate policies and procedures
- Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health and Safety policy
- Maintains a strategic working relationship with team and all key departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- MBA with a specialization in Strategic planning or Operations
- Should have experience in Data Analysis and interpretation
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer. Has sound knowledge management tools such as SPSS is a definite plus.
