Senior Manager Sales Administration – Al Sayer Group

Review daily sales reports of sales branches of group sales.
Review Monthly Orders for vehicles for re-export purposes and submit it to Senior Business Director.
Review stock sheet, prepare Order forecast, finalize specifications and models of vehicles in consultation with the Sales Mangers and arrange procurement of vehicles to ensure supplies.
Check prices sent by TMC for discrepancies, negotiate allocation of vehicles, and advise on opening of L/C.
Ensure preparation and submission of import documents and bank guarantee for timely clearance of shipments and avoidance of demurrages.
Follow up with stores managers for Store Receipt Vouchers and with finance department for costing of vehicles to ensure appropriate pricing.
Bid tenders as per the requirements of Central Tender Committee; negotiate with TMC for special prices and specifications, ensure follow up on delivery of vehicles.
Arrange documentation from Principals for obtaining Local GASMO Certificate for new model vehicles.
Review TMCA Camry Fund Claims, ensure remittances and follow up on advertisement claims.
Provide recommendations to the Senior Business Director on special pricing for tender fleet sales.
Arrange signage support and sample cars of new models from Principals.
Arrange distributor agreement for the new models and timely renewal of existing contracts with Principals and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce.
Negotiate Tender and Fleet deals with Principles and arrange favorable prices and delivery time.
