Sr Specialist Prepaid Revenue Stimulation – Ooredoo Group

The Role:
Plan and Execute all revenue enhancement activities for Prepaid customer base
Support in driving the top line agenda by building and sharing the revenue build up around usage, realized rate, top up and balance, International usage mix to identify the opportunities for leverage or variance from ARPU and revenue plans
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the prepaid existing base product portfolio(Voice ,Data and SMS) strategy according to the company’s & individual segment objectives.
Work with senior manager and Lead the budgeting, business & Roadmap planning for the prepaid customer base KPIs
Work with cross functional teams to plan, assess, drive and deliver facilitating tools and functionalities to drive prepaid base engagement with a roadmap for the same
Lead the strategic customer lifetime value management and enhancement framework along with the CVM team
Strategic management and development of the Voice ,Data and SMS product portfolio offering & the product lifecycle management .
Work with communications and brand team on the communication roadmap on prepaid
Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy .
Drive innovation and efficiency in terms of products and platforms which enable better reach and conversions from the existing customer base
Full P&L ownership of a two hundred million dollar per year sized product portfolio.
Initiate customer insight and market research for supporting business objectives.
Lead requirements , build the brief for the Market Research projects and get it approved by Senior manager.
Market Analysis: assess market and customer dynamics and incorporate into offer development and lifecycle activities.
Competition tracking and analysis-Monitor the market and the competitors ,and any activity in the prepaid space, do the impact assessment and device suitable counter strategies.
Set the pricing strategy and positioning for the prepaid product portfolio
Align with Pricing specialists for the right product pricing tactics and actions in order to deliver the objectives.
Work with Pricing and business case teams to deliver accurate pricing models and business case simulations
Align pricing with the other segments and overall pricing strategies.
Lead and execute business cases and Engagement Documents (ED) for new product launches.
Lead and approve the Product Description Documents (PDD) for the Product Development team for technical implementation.
Assist in technical implementation as required by the leading PD team.
Monitor the project progress against the timelines, and act as the overall project owner in driving the various teams who are involved, to deliver high quality product experience
Other Information:
Drive & lead the cross functional projects .
Ability to do multitasking and work under tight schedules
Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/customers.
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
Fluent verbal/written communication in English. Arabic an advantage.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
Project Management certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills & project management Skills.
Knowledge of the GSM, LTE & emerging mobile services and products and overall knowledge of Product Life Cycles
Presentation skills.
Communication skills.
MS Office
Demonstrated acumen in understanding the industry and its trends.
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
