IT Analyst – Vendor Management – Agility

Job Purpose : To assist with vendor risk assessments, due diligence, ongoing oversight and quality assurance activities for third party vendors used within Agility.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with establishment and ongoing maintenance of vendor database
Complete monthly reporting tasks and coordinate with Vendor Management and business owners to help manage vendor monitoring program for the division.
Proactively identify expiration time frames, notify business owner and/or vendor in advance in order to help coordinate appropriate course of action.
Assist Vendor Management Office with due diligence and oversight activities to include review of financial performance, reports SLA’s etc.
Work with business owners, vendor management office and other departments as required to help resolve vendor issues and to obtain and review vendor documentation.
Assist with internal audit/compliance review processes for vendors.
Assist as necessary with the on-boarding and evaluation of potential new vendors.
Provide project support to integrate and implement new vendor products and services.
Assist the Senior Manager VMO with the build out of a governance structure and repository to house documents and artifact related to vendor monitoring activities.
Key Skills
Bachelor or equivalent
4-5 years of professional experience in an operational, risk management, vendor management or analytical role
Ability to work independently and proactively
Demonstrated analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
