Capable of managing difficult project situations.
Understanding of ABAP in addition to specialization on any one or more modules.
Produces periodic reports detailing implementation processes.
Periodically reviews the technology and provides recommendations for system improvements.
Identify and stay abreast of current drivers and trends, including best practices and international standards.
Manages client account internally (conduct monthly account management meetings, prepare reports and informs Management and employees on key issues).
Manages and mentor junior staff working on assigned accounts
