Secretary

- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and hard working.
- Quality Control minded.
•Responsible for everyday internal/external correspondence.
•Maintain availability of office supplies.
•Handling all incoming and outgoing calls for the company and direct calls to the appropriate authorities.
•Receive visitors and official guests and direct them to the appropriate authorities.
•Maintain efficient archiving system.
•Prepare meeting schedules making prior arrangements, meeting agendas, registering, typing and filing minutes of meetings
•Overall Coordination of office administration.
•Arrange for travel bookings, accommodation and other logistic issues
• Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute them.
• Produce reports, documents and presentations.
• Creating and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.



Hostess

• Provide guests with menus.
• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup




Shop Manager

• To plan the necessary measures in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
• To provide with optimal customer service in accordance with company standards.
• To monitor and adjust the management indicators of the store in order to achieve optimal levels.
• To continually monitor the evolution of sales and customer profiles.
• To be familiar with the collection in order to increase sales.
• To ensure good communication with the headquarters.
• To inform his/her managers and headquarters of anything that has a major impact on the management of the store and/or its sales.
• To transmit the company culture to the team.
• To recruit personnel for the store team.
• To provide with all necessary training and information in order to develop and integrate all members of the team.
• To organize and distribute tasks and positions to each team member.
• To ensure that all staff are familiar with and apply the customer services standards of the company.
• To advise the team on how to maximize sales with their everyday work.
• To encourage internal communication and participation within the team.
• To evaluate the progress and development of each team member.
• To monitor and motivate the team.
• To identify the potential of the team and to create a breeding ground for future promotions.
• To monitor the personal and professional image of the team.
• To ensure compliance with local legislation and internal store regulations.
• To continually analyze sales rankings.
To check the scanning of garments (rotation chart).
• To check and ensure the correct use of PMD tools.
• To make the weekly product report, observing the following 3 points in the store:
• What part of the collection is selling well.
• What part of the collection customer return in the fitting rooms and why are those garments not selling.
• What would sell that we do not have in the collection
• To apply all security and stock control mechanisms (theft prevention)


Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Gathers and analyzes Market Information.
2. Establishes own leads and build professional relationship with potential clients.
3. Achieves sales targets and provide support to others.
4. Tests and recommends new ways to increase Market Share.
5. Leads negotiations with clients, business associates, and business contracts.
6. Manages developmental programs and activities to facilitate introduction of company's services.
7. Develops office client base and forms key relationships with both existing clients and new prospects..
8. Anticipates clients' needs and opportunities to create new services.

Skills
1. Excellent oral & written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
2. Bilingual (Arabic, English) is preferred.
3. Confident, self-motivated individual and a team player.
4. High potential leader with strong strategic thinking.
5. "Can-Do" attitude and ability to identify and solve a variety of problems that is broad and complex.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
7. 2 to 3 Years Experience
