Financial Accountant - Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial

 Financial Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, general accounting and financial reporting, month end processing, payroll, cash management, and system support. 

• 3- 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
o SAP
• A well-structured and planned approach to work processes.
• Hard Working, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financialreports and statements.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• A graduate / Post graduate in accounting/finance.

Duties & responsibilities:
1. Maintain accounts payable and oversee vendors’ accounts in accounting system.
2. Reviewing, process and pay vendor s invoices and employees expenses. Ensuring expenses are in compliance with business policies.
• Monthly reconcile distributors/vendors statement of accounts. Highlight and resolve issues.

3. Develop high quality working relationship to meet company’s deliverables.
4. Oversee general accounting and financial reporting
• Chart of accounts, data and systems maintenance.
• Month End Closing (monthly accruals, prepayment and reconciliation are carried out as per the statutory requirements and deadlines).
• Balance sheet accounts review and validation.
• Vendor’s accounts review and validation.
• Monitoring the advance payments (vendors and employees)
• Fixed asset accounting (safe custody of all assets of the company, periodic review of assets)
