Required Director - Communications - Wataniya Telecom - Kuwait

The purpose of the role is to be accountable for leading the Marketing Communication function and establishing the communication & branding strategy and the implementation plan thus you will be responsible for the end to end communication solutions for products and services and ensure proper brand management and correct delivery of communication messages.

You will develop and manage the brand strategy and architecture, be responsible for managing Wataniya Telecom's corporate brand and product service brand in line with brand Strategy and guidelines. You will ensure development of strong brand positioning and consistency of communication across all channels and formulate key metrics to evaluate & measure brand equity / effectiveness. You will support segment managers in developing effective communication strategies and campaigns, manage the overall communications plan and ensure consistency amongst communications initiatives.

You will develop, maintain and supervise the execution of Wataniya Telecom's digital marketing strategy through extensive use of social media, define requirements and enhancements for new and existing digital services and manage their implementation, stay updated on the business and technological developments, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee proper delivery of content, services and products and manage the digital advertising campaigns and activities across all digital delivery channels
The Person:

You will posess entrepreneurial traits, have strong negotiations skills with the ability to problem solving decisively. A dedicated, results oriented and passionate individual who has worked in the MENA region who can lead their team and make their vision a reality.

The Requirements:
At least 9 years relevant experience
Experience in managing Corporate Brand/ Product Brands
Experience in managing Marketing Communication
Experience in Social Media Management
Significant experience of direct line management
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Communication
Bilingual a plus (English/Arabic)
