Day to day running of department and assist in administration and clerical duties.
Recruiting of employees as per the manpower requirement by assisting with advertisement, screening and preparation of offer letters.
Checking with ministries and governmental offices to complete legal formalities.
Preparing payroll and overtime reports for all companies.
Updating Job description for each current position and future positions.
Preparing indemnity and final settlement for terminated or resigned employees.
Coordinating between HRD, Admin & Public relations department
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
Strong numeric & computer literacy skills (MS office; Oracle is a plus).
Administrative / clerical experience is essential .
Previous HR admin experience is a plus.
Good General Education, but Degree or HR qualification desirable.
