Operational Excellence Process Advisor - Saudi Arabian Chevron

A) Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related discipline
B) Experience: Eight (8) years experience including four (4) years in a similar position
C) Language: Very good spoken and written English skills.
D) Others: Capital Stewardship Organizational Capability Certification is required.

Assists the OE Champion in the implementation of the Operations Excellence Management System (OEMS); provides support to leaders, line management, process sponsors and advisors in the preparation and/or presentation of OE processes and in building an OE culture as a whole; assists in annual and periodic OEMS self assessments and reviews; and actively participates in Chevron advisors network thru discussions, validation of lessons learned and rationalizing successes and failures, and in internal and external benchmarking. Provides guidance and oversight for OE Competency Development (CD) and Managing Safe Work (MSW) processes. Trains and mentors nationals in establishing OEMS in each group.
