• Proficiency in MS office Applications
• Highly organized and customer service oriented
• Remarkable communication and presentation skills

Responsible for assisting the recruitment department in all administrative related tasks, such as but are not limited to:
• Keeping track of recruitment updates across the business
Tracking selected candidates from bulk recruitment for all operating countries and coordinate with concerned parties
• Tracking of senior to executive management level candidates
• Actively coordinating with overseas agencies
• Conducting periodic review of manpower vacancies across functions
• Preparing minutes of meeting and relevant correspondences
