A) Education: Master of Science degree in Earth Science or Geological Sciences fields.
B) Experience: Fifteen (15) years related experience in the oil and gas industry.
C) Language: Excellent spoken and written English skills
Provides broad and deep technical Exploration expertise to business decisions that impact resource development in the Partitioned Zone (PZ) and greater Europe, Eurasia & Middle East (EEME) OpCo. Serves as key SAC point of contact for Exploration Review Team (ERT) reviews, quality assurance and technical evaluation of exploration opportunities under way in Wafra Joint Operations (JO). Advices Exploration Manager and Senior Management on technical and economic aspects of subsurface technical projects within the PZ Business Unit. Initiates technical efforts and provides oversight to initiatives related to the fulfillment of PZ concession agreements. Trains and develops the careers of less experienced staff.
