Cost Analyst - CGI

CGI Federal is seeking Cost Analysts to support our customer in Kuwait, Afghanistan or Iraq

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze resource requirements and budget requests from Army organizations to assess the validity and reasonableness of the amounts requested.
- Use budget execution data to develop cost estimating relationships.
- Link workload and performance data with budget execution data and budget projections.
- Performs analyses of date using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to enter and retrieve data from Microsoft Access Databases.
- Draft reports and briefings to be used by senior staff.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete the CGI Federal Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
- Experience in cost analysis, budgeting or forecasting DoD resources
- Experience working with a Major Command.
- Experience working with Senior Military and Civilian Leadership.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain necessary work permits.
- Possession of a SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment;
- Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening test prior to hiring and continue to pass random drug screening tests annually.
- Ability to travel up to 25% or less.
