Filing Officer - E Gulf Bank

Education / Qualifications:
    Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Banking Operations / Administration

Knowledge: Basic MS – office skills
    Fluently Arabic/English (reading, writing)

Experience:
    1 - 2 years of experience in the same field

Accountabilities::
Document Management:
        Receive copy of the original documents for preparing case files, sort documents as per the Department (Corporate Banking, International Banking) and prepare files labeled with systematic coding.
   
Document Scanning:
        Perform scanning of all files in a systematic manner to store soft copies of all collaterals and ensure safe keeping by maintaining folders as per the department name and store files with reference code number.
   
Case Files:
        Ensure safe keeping of case files by confirming their protection from any potential risk by strict adherence to department policies.
   
Coordination:
        Coordinate with department representative for delivering case files for official use/review.
   
Follow-up:
        Follow up with the respective department and ensure safe return of files as per schedule.
