Project Coordinator - Agility Logistics

Ensure proper co ordination of activities in handling shipments- sea, air and overland related to projects in order to facilitate smooth departmental function.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
    Handling projects related cargoes – sea, air and overland shipments.
    Checking and approving shipping documents.
    Regularly checking with the shipping companies and airlines for status of shipments.
    Arranging cheque, as well as preparing credit forms for collecting delivery orders.
    Once customs bayan is ready, informing the clients accordingly and requesting them for delivery schedule
    Co ordinate with Clearance Brokers.
    Responds to client enquiries, general information, grievances etc.
    Liaises with clients on shipments.
    Supports the clients in sorting out of issues, if any.
    Opening files for each shipment and invoicing.
    Updating clients on regular basis.
    Coordinating schedules and activities
    Coordination with distribution department for transportation.
    Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
