A) Education & Training: Bachelor degree in Occupational/Industrial safety, Chemical/Mechanical/Drilling Engineering or related field.
B) Experience (General & Specialized): 4 years of related experience, including 2 years in similar position.
C) Language: Very good spoken and written English skills
Provides operational and administrative support for the Drilling Division in order to optimize safety and environmental performance. Conducts reporting, investigating, mitigating, correcting, and auditing follow-up within the Drilling and Workover Divisions. Works with JO EHS to implement a Safety Management System and a Behavior Safety System. Provides Contractor Safety Representatives with drilling mentoring, development, and training. Audits and reviews JO Contractor Safety operations-related documents. Assists the EHS organization in the development and implementation of a Contractor Safety Process that supports JO business and operating objectives.
