Main Duties:
Project Management: Understands goals and available resources, sets up briefing materials and survey questionnaires, briefs and supervises the team members involved in the project, monitors correct performance and tackle issues to ensure timely delivery of results to client.
Client Relations: Ensures smooth communication with clients, understands and covers requirements and concerns to allow successful and trustful partnership.
Internal reporting: Understands and complies with the company’s standards, achieves and measures objectives within timeline and budget, regularly generates business reports. Supports Senior Project Managers and Country Operations Manager.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in managing teams and projects
Experience with customer insight and market research
Experience in the Hospitality and/or Retail Industry
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
Sensitive to different cultures
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Proficient in Office Applications
Able to successfully supervise a team and report to upper management level in a virtual setting. Able to adjust to time differences; HQ in Europe.

Fluent in English and Arabic, third language advantageous
Able to travel to other countries in the Middle East, specially Saudi Arabia (no Visa restriction).
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
Available for full time work
Several of our clients are important western food & beverage companies, thus some projects involve alcoholic beverages.
Conditions offered:
Freelance, home-based position. Must have computer and stable DSL or cable internet connection.
Remuneration varies with experience
